Archaeologist by training and ‘Heritage Transmitter’ by passion, Gery de Pierpont has been curator of the Belgium History Museum (BELvue), international Heritage Days coordinator for the Council of Europe and the European Commission and head of the Build Heritage programme for the King Baudouin Foundation. Having also spearheaded a business network, managed communications for the House of the Authors of Brussels, been a member of the Board of a tourism association and published an historical novel, he is now developing intoHistory and looks forward to sharing his passion for historic accommodation with you. Member of ICOMOS (International Council on Monuments and sites – UNESCO)

Martine Boone is passionate about heritage and cultural tourism. She worked for the international secretariat of the European Heritage Days (Council of Europe and European Commission) and for several heritage projects of the King Baudouin Foundation in Flanders. Martine is also specialized in philanthropy and fundraising.
